Address: 115 W Olympic Place, Seattle. Seattle real estate developer George Kinnear built this four-story apartment building near his own home on Queen Anne Hill for friends and visitors to the Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition. It was designed by Schack and Huntington in neo-classical style.
The lobby resembles nineteenth century Russia with ocre-colored marble columns and wainscoating. It had 39 apartments and a ballroom.
The Del a Mar was declared a Seattle Landmark on October 23, 1978.
