The Remarkable Story of Wine in Washington State
September 7, 2017
This year's HistoryLunch was a great success! We raised $110,000 for HistoryLink that we will put to use building our site content and pursuing new initiatives. We can't thank Bob Betz, Gerry Johnson, and Ted Baseler enough for making the program fun and interesting. And, thanks to Hedges Family Estate, Woodward Canyon, L’Ecole No 41, Betz Family Winery, DeLaurenti and Chateau Ste. Michelle, we thoroughly enjoyed sampling Washington wines as we learned about this history of the wine industry.
We are thrilled that donors sponsored new articles on the histories of Forterra, PCC Community Markets, and Volunteer Park. It's not too late if you'd like to sponsor a feature article for $1200. Just visit this page to make the donation and we will contact you about the topic you would like to sponsor.
Many thanks to Vivian Hsu of HRV Media for photographing the event. See the fun we had here.
